EPiC Worship Update By Josh Collins – October 2021

EPC EPiC, Youth & Young Adult

Our Engaging People in Christ (EPiC) worship band has recently been growing and the service in general is getting more updated and where we need to be with Jake Carter’s necessary tech leadership. Our quality of musicians has also only improved! We brought on Todd Forschino as my new secondary worship leader for the EPiC service. Todd, Darica, Josh, Clint, and Jake all love to sing and play for this service; we also thank Nick Barna for coming on as our regular drummer for the Saturday night service, as well as Jim and Julie Johnson – who have been occasionally helping our program about every other week. From the A/V techs to the praise band and everybody else involved – we are blessed to serve the Eastminster community; thank you all for blessing us and letting us use our gifts!

Sunday Outdoor Worship

Our Sunday mornings at the 9AM service have been a lovely outdoor “free-air” novelty! It is so nice to feel the breeze, the residual light cool of the morning dawn and dew; as well as the beautiful sights of our garden and gorgeous, Indian River in the morning light. If you haven’t yet attended this service, you really need to check it out! This service’s worship music is based on the concept of modernizing hymns in an acoustic oriented setting.
ALL ARE WELCOME!

Upcoming Events

We are currently working out a package deal for tickets and transportation from and back to Eastminster on Friday January 28th, 2022 for the ROCK THE UNIVERSE event at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. It is likely we’d be leaving as a group on a charter bus – sometime between noon and 2PM. We’d be back by roughly 1:30AM at the latest. Please let us know if you or you and your family would like to join the group going? More details to come from me (email me for details at Josh Collins) and Bryan Becker very shortly. – Josh Collins, Modern Worship Director
